"AMC 11834" measuring system for monitoring the stroke and force of DG 650/1200 hydraulic jack (hereinafter - the System) is designed for measuring parameters of linear motion and overpressure. The system measures motions of DG 650/1200 hydraulic jack plungers (hereinafter - the hydraulic jack) and determines the force created by hydraulic jack during tension and loosening of the tendons in the prestressing system of NPP containment.
Each hydraulic jack has four measuring channels for the plungers’ motion and one measuring channel for overpressure in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic jack.
The system operating principle is based on converting values of hydraulic jack plungers motion (DP) and the value of oil overpressure in the hydraulic system of hydraulic jack (DD) into a constant electric current signal 4 -20 mA. The current signals from the sensors are measured in the adapter, from it they are transmitted in a digital code to the laptop at its request.
The laptop with installed software converts the received digital information into the values of measured physical quantities and performs general control of the system operation when collecting, visualizing and storing measurement results.
The system is available in two modifications: operating with one or two hydraulic jacks. In such case, the number of sensors, adapters and cables will differ by a factor of two.
